Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

BriskGen is a platform for AI-assisted image and video creation, including project planning and work with reference material. Access to generation, paid features, and individual tools depends on the availability shown in the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Content Standards and Acceptable Use

These standards apply to prompts, uploads, reference material, generated outputs, and how you use or share them. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your use. Do not request, create, upload, or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content, including explicit sexual activity, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or sexually suggestive material.
• Extreme violence, graphic gore, or content that encourages violence or serious harm.
• Hate, discriminatory abuse, targeted harassment, or threats against people or groups.
• Any sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that endangers children.
• Deceptive deepfakes or face swaps, nonconsensual use of a real person's likeness or voice, or misleading impersonation.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Authorized character, fictional, and artistic creation is permitted when it complies with these standards and applicable rights.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Content Safety Checks

We use automated SeeAPI checks at supported text and media processing steps. Generation providers may also apply their own safety checks. Content identified as prohibited may be blocked; processing or delivery may remain unavailable while a check is pending or cannot be completed.

Automated detection is limited. Video checks examine sampled frames rather than every frame or the audio track. These checks do not determine copyright ownership or verify a person's identity or consent, and cannot guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected. Passing a check does not establish that content is lawful or authorized. You remain responsible for complying with these standards.

Reporting Content and Requesting Review

Anyone, including people without an account, may report suspected violations to support@briskgen.com with the subject Content report. Include the content URL or project ID, a description of the concern, your contact details, and, for a rights complaint, evidence of your rights or authority to act for the rightsholder. If a URL or project ID is unavailable, provide enough information to help us locate the content. Signed-in users may also submit a support ticket.

Never attach, upload, or redistribute illegal child sexual content when making a report. Provide only the information needed to locate and describe the concern without reproducing that material.

A human operator reviews reports and may request further evidence. Depending on the findings, we may warn users, refuse processing, restrict access to content, or end permission to use the service for serious or repeated abuse. We prioritize reports involving child exploitation or imminent harm and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.

Where feasible, we aim to acknowledge reports within three business days and provide a progress update within seven days of receipt. These are response targets, not guaranteed investigation or resolution deadlines. We communicate the outcome to the extent permitted by law and the privacy rights of those involved.

To challenge a content decision, contact support@briskgen.com with the subject Content appeal, the decision or project reference, your reasons, and any supporting evidence. Appeals receive human review, and we may request more information before responding.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by contacting us using the email address below.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
